For over ten years I have been building consumer financial products in regulated environments. At Vancelian I grew a hybrid fiat + crypto app from zero to 100,000+ users: core banking, crypto custody, a Visa card, savings products. What I am good at: growing fast where it is hard, because it is regulated.

What I have built
05A banking foundation
IBAN accounts, SEPA transfers and Visa card issuing on Modulr infrastructure (EMI framework), with KYC / KYB onboarding and end-to-end flow of funds.
Institutional-grade crypto infrastructure
Fireblocks custody (MPC vaults, wallets, staking), execution through institutional broker SCRYPT (Zug, Switzerland), Travel Rule operated with Notabene, Chainalysis analytics.
A crypto-settled Visa card
Launched end to end, from contract to product: over 40% adoption among active users.
Financial products that earn
Hybrid savings products, portfolio management, monetisation models (management fees, high-water mark) and a B2B2B treasury product distributed through wealth advisors: €50M+ in assets under management, up 150%.
Compliance as product material
A document-analysis AI inside the KYC journey, pre-deciding whether a document is valid and why before it reaches the provider: lower internal cost, less waiting for the customer. Onboarding scoring and screening (Passfort), AML / KYC / KYB flows (Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage, Visa VRM), GDPR and data governance. Contribution to the PSAN (historical), MiCA and VARA licence applications.
How I work
04- On the executive committee, working directly with the founders: strategy, roadmap, trade-offs and top-level reporting.
- Leading 3 squads, 25 people, with 8+ direct reports (POs, PMs, Product Designers).
- Managing vendor contracts and services: scoping, integration, quality-of-service follow-up (Modulr, Fireblocks, SCRYPT, Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage (AML, Screening PEPs & Sanctions), NotaBene (Travel Rule), Entrust (Onfido, KYC & KYB)).
- Cross-department, cross-system coordination: Tech, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Support, with a strong data culture (Mixpanel, Looker Studio).

Four and a half years, four roles: the app went from zero to 100,000+ active users (4.7★ App Store, 4.4★ Google Play), and I went from PO to Head of Product.
